"I would like to express to you my sincere gratitude to the above home regarding the way my mother....is being looked after.
She has been a resident now for nearly 18 months and I have nothing but praise for the way the home is run and the care the staff exhibit constantly. My Mother is particuarly poorly at the moment and the staff are being extra vigilant, regularly checking how she is and if she needs anything. They are also very caring in their attitude to my distress and that of my family.
I wanted to put this down on paper as I know how ready people are generally to complain but praise tends to get overlooked. I bless the day my mother's then social worker suggested I should visit Clarendon Manor when deciding where she should go for the 24 hour care she needed after a time in hospital." |
