I am writing to congratulate yourself and your staff regarding the care of the residents in you home, especially my mother Marian. She has settled in extremely well and it is gratifying to note the care and concern received from all your staff, particularly yesterday with her being poorly.
I, myself, noticed the very real care and concern for her welfare when I visit my Mum but recently I have had two separate reports from friends or family when you and your staff could not be praised highly enough, either regarding my Mum or indeed the welcome they themselves received each time they visit.
I would like to thank you very sincerely for this as when we hear in the media the plight of some elderly people in homes it is reassuring to know that my Mum does not have to suffer in this way.
