Dear Jo,
I would like to thank you and Emma, the Lead Carers Marie, Jenny and Debbie, and all your staff for the care and attention they have all given to my mother Flo during her stay at Clarendon Manor (nearly 6 years).
I was particually thankful for the extra special care she was given in the last days of her life. It was so much better that she was able to pass away so peacefully at your home rather that in a hospital. Hopefully she was able yo appreciate the difference, I know I certainly did.
My sister would like me to pass on her gratitude for all the care and attention you all have given.
I have enjoyed coming to visit at Clarendon Manor as the staff have always been friendly and helpful (extending their caring attitude towards me).
I give all of you my best wishes for the future.
